Brian loved the outdoors, hunting, fishing and any outdoor activity he thoroughly enjoyed. He also loved to visit. He looked forward to his daily trips to town so he could stop at Ron’s office and he couldn’t forget to stop and chat with the ladies at Cashwise, and then there were the guys at BNSF.

But most of all, Brian loved spending time with his family and grandchildren which were his biggest treasures.

Brian is survived by his loving wife, Tammy; sons, Michael (Britt) Hamers and Blaine (KayeLee) Hamers; brothers, Robert Hamers; Ron (Linda) Hamers; sisters, Terri (Buzz) Redmer, Casey (Greg) Nordsven, Mary (Lu) Seidel, Nikki (Kevin) Malmedal; grandchildren, Lance, Brock, Benjamin, Holdenn and Remingtynn and father-in-law, Chester Johnson.

He is preceded in death by his parents, Chester and Ellen Hamers; and mother-in-law, Florence Johnson.

Brian Orville Hamers

Brian Hamers was just sixty-three,
With four sisters, he was son three.

Born February 4 the year Fifty-Seven,
He's with Mom and Dad, now watching from Heaven.

He was a hard-working man, with family and friends,
Our memories we have are ours to the end.

Grandkids were special he always did say,
They will miss him like us, every minute of each day.

Tell Mom and Dad, hi from us all,
We miss you a lot, and we wish we could call.

As children we spent so much time with Ellen's kyds we were more like siblings than cousins. Those days linked us together and Brian will remain a treasured part of me.

Brian was one of my favorite customers in Cashwise. He always had a smile on his face and loved to pick on me about my very country southern accent. My condolences to his family and friends. Tammy
