Tara, Roger and family, I cannot begin to find the words to express my sympathies in the loss of your mom, wife and grandma. Linda and I had many wonderful visits over the years at both 17th Court and Bethel. She was a lady strong for the rights of the elderly and those with challenges; a legacy that will live on in the lives of those who benefit from her efforts. We always enjoyed Linda's company during events at the NDSU Rodeo Club and during your short time in Rolla. Her caring nature was demonstrated as she came to the farm to blanket her horses during any weather change.

How many wonderful words are there to describe a lady as special as Linda Halverson. Fantastic wife, cowgirl, adoring mother and grandmother, So full of patience, kindness, a handyman, phenomenal gardener, Godly woman, seamstress, and a cook extraordinaire. That's only the beginning. She was a friend to so many, and a cousin of mine's dear wife. Oh how much you will be MISSED by all of us. I will always cherish the Beaver Creek cookbook you gave me and think about you every time I bake something out of it. Sending my love, thoughts, and prayers to you Roger, and to the entire family. May God Comfort you in the days ahead. Cherish your incredible precious memories!! Linda's smile, voice, and laughter will be with us always. Linda, you were soooooo beautiful, on the inside and out. My sincere condolences to the entire Halverson/Schulte Family. I was privileged to spend time with Lindy, her sister Roberta, and best friend Connie Hanson in Hawaii this past year. I will always have wonderful memories of that trip.
